Refund & Return Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL IF THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN OPENED OR USED. Due to the nature of our products and for sanitary reasons, we are unable to accept returns on any opened or used items.

Currency Refunds are refunded in the original payment form and are available only if the product is returned within 7 days of package delivery. The item must be unopened and unused.
Sale Items that are purchased during a sale are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged. We encourage you to make your selections carefully.

Order Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted only within 24 hours after placing your order. To request a cancellation, email us at support@buttaglow.com with the following details:

Order number
Tracking number
Name and address
Contact phone number

Damages and Issues

We ask that you inspect your order upon receipt. If your item arrives damaged, contact us immediately at support@buttaglow.com so we can evaluate the issue and provide a resolution.

Shipping Information

All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS), and USPS automatically calculates shipping costs at checkout.

Processing & Handling Times: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (business days exclude weekends and holidays).
Shipping Times: Once processed, orders typically arrive within 2-3 business days via USPS. Please note, this time frame does not include USPS transit time.

Important Note:
If you experience any issues with shipping within 24 hours after your order has been placed, please contact us at support@buttaglow.com. If your package is out for delivery and has been for 2 days or more, please contact USPS directly and have your tracking information ready.

Wrong Address

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. We will send you an email for correction. If no response with in 48 hours you will receive a refund minus a restocking fee of $1.50 per item. You will be liable for reshipment costs.

While we do our best to ensure a smooth shipping process, Butta Glow Organics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are handed over to USPS
